Managed Application Service

A practical operating service that keeps the released application maintained, backed up, and supportable after production launch.

Recurring · $350/month
Monthly service

Keep the first release operating reliably after it goes live.

The monthly fee is for normal operation and care of the approved released application. It is not an all-you-can-build subscription. New product capabilities stay visible as roadmap work and are estimated before they begin.

Service boundary

What the monthly service includes—and what it does not.

Clear limits protect the Foundation from surprises and protect the project from quietly accumulating unpaid product work.

Change path

How a good new idea becomes approved work.

The healthiest way to protect a long-term relationship is to keep a requested improvement from becoming an accidental promise.

1. Identify

Describe the improvement

Diana identifies the problem or opportunity. We capture the intended participant or program outcome.

2. Classify

Check the service boundary

We determine whether it is a small wording/configuration change, a bug in released work, or new roadmap scope.

3. Approve

Estimate before building

Roadmap work receives a separate scope, estimate, timing, and approval path before any build begins.
