Keep the first release operating reliably after it goes live.

The monthly fee is for normal operation and care of the approved released application. It is not an all-you-can-build subscription. New product capabilities stay visible as roadmap work and are estimated before they begin.

Normal hosting, database, storage, and backup operation
Routine security and dependency updates
Monitoring and operational review
Bug fixes for released features
Basic participant-data export
Basic administrator or facilitator CSV export
One small wording or configuration change per month
Reasonable administrative support

Excluded

Roadmap work or material changes

New modules or workflows
Facilitator workspace, notes, tasks, messaging, or alerts
Advanced dashboards, reports, or analytics
Email or SMS automation
Third-party integrations
Major redesigns or material participant-experience changes
New roles or complex permissions
Multi-organization or white-label capability
