Purpose
Founding Partner Launch in plain language
Give participants a safe place to create, return to, and use their LEAP to Legacy plan every month, while giving the Foundation a dependable technical foundation.
Candidate scope
What this phase could include
- Google sign-in for participants and administrators
- Saved participant plan: income, bills, debts, savings, allowance, and debt-payoff method
- Debt-free projection, savings progress, and monthly action checklist
- Participant progress history and participant data export
- Basic administrator participant list, status management, and CSV export
- Server-side authorization, input validation, automated backups, documented restore, restore test, and independent tester review
Working detail
What we would define together.
Administrator experience
Basic enrollment/status oversight and appropriate exports. This is not yet a coaching workspace.
Trust and resilience
Application data is protected with role-based access, backups, a documented recovery process, and at least one tested restore.
Production readiness
Independent testing using synthetic data, written acceptance criteria, release history, and an operational handoff.
