Founding Partner Planning Demo

Build the next responsible step—not the whole future at once.

This demo turns Diana’s LEAP to Legacy prototype into a tangible plan for a secure participant application, a disciplined first release, and a mission-led product lifecycle.

At a glance

A practical path from prototype to managed application.

The prototype is the core of the participant experience. Launch adds the secure account, protected data, recovery, testing, and operations required to responsibly put that experience into use.

1

Start where the program is strongest

Preserve the simple, encouraging participant workflow already designed for LEAP to Legacy.

2

Define Launch with Diana

Diana confirms the journey, data boundaries, roles, and success criteria before the build begins.

3

Build a safe first release

Secure sign-in, saved plans, administration, backup, restore testing, and independent review.

4

Learn and grow deliberately

Later improvements are separately defined, estimated, and approved after real program learning.

Our shared approach

Protect the mission by building in phases.

LEAP to Legacy should help people take action without creating unnecessary financial-data risk or an oversized first build.

Our shared approach: start with what works, define the first safe release together, build and launch the core experience, learn and improve in phases.
The working principle: preserve Diana’s participant experience, make the first release safe and supportable, then invest in future capability when the program proves the need.
