Founding Partner Launch Investment

Due when the approved first release is accepted and deployed.
- Product Definition is included in the founding-partner arrangement.
- Build is limited to the written Launch Definition approved before development begins.
- New modules, workflows, and material changes are separately estimated and approved.
Managed Application Service
$350/month
Begins at production launch with an initial 12-month term.
- Includes normal hosting, backups, routine updates, monitoring, bug fixes for released features, and basic exports.
- Includes one small wording or configuration change each month.
- Does not include new dashboard, facilitator workspace, messaging, integrations, or major redesign work.
